Fresh Squeezed Stamps | String Me Along

Good morning! I hope everyone is having a great week. We arrived home on Tuesday after taking the red-eye home from Washington late Monday night. The kids were troopers and slept through most of both flights. I managed a couple of hours here and there, but the three hour nap I took Tuesday afternoon (in my own bed!) was wonderful. It is definitely good to be home.

For my card I used the cute little lantern/light from Fresh Squeezed Stamps' String Me Along set to create a birthday card. I love how each of the images hangs from the large "string" image... so cute for birthday and celebration cards! I stamped the light with Memento ink, then colored in the bulb and lid of the jar with Copic markers. I added the "Happy Birthday to You" sentiment (from Happy Hexagons) in black Archival Ink. I added a few hand cut banners and some sequins to finish off the card:
